Ui has more than 15 years experience in the health and beauty industry. She prides herself in providing premium services to clients at all levels and at all times.
As Director of UP® Clinical Cosmetics and UP® Lashes & Brows she is focussed on ensuring her clients' experience is second to none.

Hitomi, Senior Lash & Brow Stylist.
Hitomi began her career in Tokyo some 20 years ago, at the very beginning of the lash extension movement, and has consistently remained at leading edge of her industry ever since. After travelling to New Zealand with her young family more than 5 years ago, she quickly decided this would be her forever home.
We are truly fortunate to have Hitomi as an expert in her field and as a guiding mentor for our wider team, with her experience across a range of styles and techniques in lashes, brows and complementary beauty services.

Kate, Cosmetic Clinician.
Kate brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as a qualified beauty therapist. She has a deep understanding of advanced cosmetic procedures, including the latest professional skin treatments, microneedling, peels, cryotherapy, laser hair removal, rejuvenation and pigmentation procedures.
She also works closely with our Cosmetic Nurse to deliver support with skin booster, hand rejuvenation and facial remodelling treatments. Kate also excels in a range of lash and brow treatments.

Asuka, Lash & Brow Stylist.
Asuka is our talented lash and brow and specialist. She has a particular interest in brow lamination and lash-lifting and has a honed appreciation for design and aesthetics.
Asuka has a talent at making clients feel at ease and welcomed and thrives on helping them achieve their beauty goals.
Yuma, Stylist, microblading and SPMU specialist.
Yuma is our talented lash, brow and microblading specialist. She is a true expert in all fields, but has a particular interest in semi-permanent makeup and micropigmentation.
She brings skills and experience from around the world, including Australia.

Vanessa, Cosmetic Nurse.
After graduating from Massey University in 2015, Vanessa forged her career in beauty and wellbeing through a blend of medical expertise and a profound belief in the power of restoring and enhancing natural beauty.
Vanessa has a passion for both traditional and emerging cosmetic-medical and beauty procedures including skin rejuvenation, skin health, wrinkle reduction, volume enhancement, regenerative therapy, mesotherapy and even stress management. Combining a deep knowledge of facial and bodily anatomy with experience across multiple treatment modalities, Vanessa excels at creating customised solutions tailored to each client's desired outcomes.
Whilst Vanessa has a wealth of knowledge in her field, she has a warm and friendly approach and is always eager to explain procedures to clients in a way that is easy to understand and that empowers them to make informed decisions, inspiring them to embrace their journey gracefully and confidently.
